Thank you for shopping at Faciem Metus! If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in appropriate packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Prepare your Return: 

• Securely package your item(s), include proof of payment and send to our address: Faciem Metus, PO Box 13759, Galway, Ireland H91DP79.

Note: The cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will reimburse return shipping costs.

Refund or Exchange:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
• Approved refunds, will be processed with 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
